- 2 Tbsp Protein Flakes
- 500 ml Water
- 1 Bouillon Cube
- 1 Spring Onion
- 1/2 Lime
- Boil the water and add the bouillon cube.
- Slice the chives and the spring onion finely and add to the broth.
- Cut two thin slice from the half of lime and press the juice from the remainder into the broth.
- Pour the broth into a serving dish and sprinkle the flakes over top. Garnish with the two slices of lime.
Tip: The current method results in a crunchier flake. For a softer texture, add the flakes with the herbs from the beginning.
