Clear Broth with Lime Juice and Protein Flakes


  • for 1 Serving
  • 2 Tbsp Protein Flakes
  • 500 ml Water
  • 1 Bouillon Cube
  • 1 Spring Onion
  • Chives
  • 1/2 Lime


  • Boil the water and add the bouillon cube.
  • Slice the chives and the spring onion finely and add to the broth.
  • Cut two thin slice from the half of lime and press the juice from the remainder into the broth.
  • Pour the broth into a serving dish and sprinkle the flakes over top. Garnish with the two slices of lime.

Tip: The current method results in a crunchier flake. For a softer texture, add the flakes with the herbs from the beginning.
