- 2 Tbsp Protein Flakes
- 3 Tbsp Yoghurt
- 2 Strawberries
- 1 Apple or Pear
- 1 Orange
- Roast Protein flakes in a pan over medium heat until light brown.
- Wash the fruit and cube into sizes of your preference. Quickly toss with some lemon juice to avoid browning. Place into a bowl.
- First add yoghurt and then top with the roasted flakes.
TIP: For a tasty variation try roasting the flakes with cinnamon
