Yoghurt with Fruit and Roasted Protein Flakes

Ingredients

  • for 1 Serving
  • 2 Tbsp Protein Flakes
  • 3 Tbsp Yoghurt
  • 2 Strawberries
  • 1 Apple or Pear
  • 1 Orange
  • Rasberries

Directions

  • Roast Protein flakes in a pan over medium heat until light brown.
  • Wash the fruit and cube into sizes of your preference. Quickly toss with some lemon juice to avoid browning. Place into a bowl.
  • First add yoghurt and then top with the roasted flakes.

TIP: For a tasty variation try roasting the flakes with cinnamon
