- for 1 Serving
- 2 Tbsp Protein Flakes
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Spring Onion
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
- Beat the eggs with a whisk.
- Chop the spring onions and chives and add to the egg mixture with the Protein Flakes, salt and pepper. Combine well.
- Bring a pan to heat over medium-high temperature. Add the vegetable oil.
- Add the the egg mixture when the pan is to temperature and cook until the top is just cooked.
- Slide the omelette out onto a flat plate and serve.
