Omelette with Protein Flakes, Spring Onion and Chives


  • for 1 Serving
  • 2 Tbsp Protein Flakes
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Spring Onion
  • Chives
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp Vegetable oil


  • Beat the eggs with a whisk.
  • Chop the spring onions and chives and add to the egg mixture with the Protein Flakes, salt and pepper. Combine well.
  • Bring a pan to heat over medium-high temperature. Add the vegetable oil.
  • Add the the egg mixture when the pan is to temperature and cook until the top is just cooked.
  • Slide the omelette out onto a flat plate and serve.
