- 2 Tbsp Protein Flakes
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp Butter
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the protein flakes and coat with the butter. Once the butter is mostly absorbed, sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar and lightly roast.
- Remove flakes and place on a plate to cool and crisp.
