Roasted Protein Flakes with Cinnamon & Sugar


  • for 1 Serving
  • 2 Tbsp Protein Flakes
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp Butter


  • Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the protein flakes and coat with the butter. Once the butter is mostly absorbed, sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar and lightly roast.
  • Remove flakes and place on a plate to cool and crisp.
